Hi,

People always feel happy and excitement after see something new and extra-ordinary. I am always Art Lover. I was surfing around and suddenly I saw one post related to “Little People Project” and I tried little bit and found about it’s founder and his extra-ordinary work of “Little People Project”.

London-based street artist and photographer, Slinkachu started the The Little People Project in 2006. In an aim to encourage people to be more aware of their surroundings, he created mini installations using remodeled and painted miniature model train set characters. The characters are then placed on the streets in different situations that are captured in photographs.

“The street-based side of my work plays with the notion of surprise and I aim to encourage city-dwellers to be more aware of their surroundings. The scenes I set up, more evident through the photography, and the titles I give these scenes aim to reflect the loneliness and melancholy of living in a big city, almost being lost and overwhelmed. But underneath this, there is always some humour. I want people to be able to empathise with the tiny people in my works.” – Slinkachu

You can know more about Slinkachu and his work at his official Website, Blog about Little People, Blog about Inner City Snail and About Slinkachu on Wiki.

I am really very much impressed of his work. Atleast visit Blog about Little People once… You will be happy after visit the blog.
